If any of the products come damaged or above a safe temperature please let us know right away by explaining the damage and supplying a picture of the damage. We will then send out a replacement as soon as possible or we can offer store credit to our online shop. We can only provide credit for your order if your order arrives damaged or over temperature, there are no returns for taste preferences
